2025 Mystery Ops Events Pass
For those of you who attend nearly every event, your dedication and loyalty will be rewarded in 2025! We’ll offer a yearly pass for all events as well as a first and second half year pass.
First let’s look at the 2025 event line up. Dates are hard, pending leases.
January 11th - Rio Bravo Run ‘n Gun - Presidio, Texas - $250 registration (Limit of 60)
March 8th - Bailout Biathlon - Leakey, Texas - $300 full registration (3 courses: pistol, carbine, and long-range rifle) If you do not wish to do all three courses, discount value fades. (Limit of 60)
May 24th- Memorial Marathon - San Angelo, Texas - $200-300 registration (Limit of 90)
August 1st - Midnight Mayhem - San Angelo, Texas - $250 registration (Limit of 70)
October 25-26th - Jade Helm 25 - Leakey, Texas - $300 Team (partner included) or Solo Saturday (Limit of 60) & $100 Solo Sunday (Limit of 60)
Total full price cost for year 2025 is $1500.
A Y25 event pass is $1200, a 20% discount!
But wait, there’s more! You will also get frontloaded on the run order each event and recieve a Mystery Ops ball cap!
If you cannot commit to a full Y25 pass, we can offer a pass for the first half (H1) or second half (H2).
H1 and H2 pass holders get frontloaded on the run order after Y25 pass holders. No hat, though.
-H1 pass includes Rio Bravo Run ‘n Gun, Bailout Biathlon, and Memorial Marathon. Total full price cost is ~$800.
A H1 pass is $680, a 15% discount!
-H2 pass includes Midnight Mayhem and Jade Helm 25 (Saturday and Sunday). Total full price cost is $700.
A H2 pass is $595, a 15% discount!
*If you want to RO a match or two and be a paid competitor for a match or two, it’s best to piece together your yearly schedule. Same goes for one- or two-time paid competitors, the Y25/H1/H2 passes are not a viable option.
*Refunds* This is clearly a considerable amount of money to drop at one time for future events. In consideration, a refund/credit policy will be in effect. If an event fails to occur for unforeseen circumstances: Y25 pass holders will receive a refund of 80% of the full price event registration cost. H1/H2 pass holders will receive a refund of 85% of the full price event registration cost. With 2 weeks’ notice that you cannot attend an event, an 80-85% full price event registration credit will be given towards a future single 2025 event, 2025 H2 pass, Y26 pass, 2026 H1/H2 pass, or 2026 single event. Credit is non-refundable, expires at the end of next year, and it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure it is used. Notices within 2 weeks or no shows will not be given credit. If the match is full and someone off the waitlist can take your place, an 77-82% refund will be granted (3% CC fee). You may also transfer your registration to another person.
